True Access Capital is a community development financial institution, or CDFI, that provides entrepreneurs in Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania with technical expertise and access to capital. The organization aims to help women, minorities and those underserved by traditional lenders.

Through the contest, one winner will receive $ 10,000 and two will win $ 5,000 each, with the winners announced by True Access Capital’s annual meeting on October 28th.

The contest is open to women aged 18 and over who operate a licensed for-profit business in the State of Delaware that has been in business for at least one year. September.
