Griffins International School wins business plan competition organized by PMDCCI

Kharagpur: Simran Acharya, XI (Commerce) student from Griffins International School, Kharagpur won 1st Prize in the Business Plan Competition held recently. Paschim Medinipur District Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PMDCCI) organized the business plan competition as part of 9and District Industrial Fair.

The business plan competition aimed to ignite an entrepreneurial spirit among students and provide a platform to present their business ideas. Participants are challenged to come up with a business idea that solves everyday life problems in an innovative way. More than 30 students from 5 schools and 2 colleges from Paschim Medinipur district participated.

Simran Acharyawhile receiving the 1st price at The business plan competition said, “I’m really happy and motivated that my business idea has been recognized. The business plan competition not only helps us assess our entrepreneurial skills, but also gives us the opportunity to learn and grow through mentors.”

We want our students to be equipped with life skills. Minitiatives and workshops are organized by the school to encourage students to stimulate innovation and discover creative ideas that turn into a potential entrepreneurial proposition.
